Like, whenever I look, everywhere is just Czech Republic. Almost no one knows that in Czechia are two (actually three, lol) historical regions - Bohemia and Moravia (and Silesia). It's as with Great Britain - there is England, Scotland, Wales, ...
What I want to say, this OC is Moravia. NOT Czechia. Moravia. Okay?
I think this is first more refined Moravia OC on DeviantArt, and maybe even on internet. Most of people, including me, see Moravia as a girl with braid(s), as I know.

My headcanon says that representing Czechia are two girls - Bohemia (the younger one) and Moravia (the older one). While Silesia should be representing herself/himself, since Silesia kind of is in between Czechia, Poland and Germany...
